Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Softly Residence, I was thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail and exceptional service provided. The apartment exceeded all expectations with its spacious layout and fully equipped kitchen, making it feel like a luxurious home away from home. The provision of complimentary sweets, fresh fruits, and water added a thoughtful touch, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The spotlessly clean rooms and the abundance of free toiletries showcased a commitment to guest satisfaction that set this establishment apart from others. The convenient location in close proximity to various restaurants, such as Kuchnia Orientalna and Lulu Bistro, allowed for easy exploration of the culinary delights nearby. The seamless communication with the host, who promptly answered any queries, further enhanced the overall experience. The easy access to ironing facilities and a washing machine meant that traveling with children was stress-free, as I could easily attend to any unexpected laundry needs. Lastly, the pleasant surprise of finding a sitting area and a dining table provided additional comfort and convenience, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Softly Residence not only met but exceeded my high standards, making it a standout choice for families seeking a truly exceptional stay in Gdansk.
